Picture this: You’re working in a sun-drenched Brighton studio (3 days a week) with standing desks, killer coffee, and colleagues who actually enjoy Monday morning catch-ups. The other 2 days? Work from wherever makes you happiest. We’re talking about a role where your creativity gets to play alongside strategy, and where every campaign you run has real purpose behind it.

Think of yourself as part detective (extracting the best stories from our projects), part social media wizard (knowing exactly what makes B2B decision-makers stop their scroll), and part strategic mastermind (always keeping one eye on the bigger picture). You’ll work closely with our Client Partner and Creative Director, but you’ll have plenty of space to bring your own ideas and make this role truly yours.
You’ll be our marketing storyteller-in-chief, turning our incredible motion projects into case studies that make potential clients go “we NEED to work with these people!” You’ll manage our social channels (both organic posts that spark conversations and paid campaigns that actually convert), keep our website looking fresh and performing like a champion, and craft pitch materials that help us win the kind of clients we’re excited to wake up for.
Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application
- You’ve successfully wrangled B2B social media campaigns and lived to tell the tale.
- You’re the type who can chat with a Creative Director about a project and immediately spot the marketing gold hidden in the details.
- You juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat, love learning new tools (especially AI-powered ones), and get genuinely excited about turning creative work into compelling business stories.
- You’re a “let’s figure this out” kind of person who brings solutions, not just questions. You see opportunities where others see obstacles, and you understand that great marketing is equal parts art and science.

Beyond the £30-35K salary (depending on your experience), we’ve packed this role with benefits that actually matter.
