SEO Editor Job Responsibilities
As part of this position, you will:
Proofread, subedit, and interpret a range of content developed by our writers to ensure easy-to-understand language is used and SEO keywords are appropriately incorporated
Write engaging content for a variety of mediums relevant to the Clever Girl Finance brand and culture e.g. Newsletters, articles, studies, brand partnerships, etc
Research subject matter and understand the audience by conducting web searches, interviews, etc
Interpret creative briefs and develop them into copy concepts
Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to management
SEO Editor Job Requirements
– Our ideal SEO editor will have:
– At least 2 years of SEO writing experience
– Exceptional writing and research skills
– Ability to work independently and with a team
– Excellent organizational skills and the stability to manage competing priorities
– Ability to repurpose copy and material for a range of mediums including email campaigns, web copy, social media, etc.
