• Creative Communication Skills (written & spoken excellence in German & English)
• Social Media Expertise with proven content creation and community building experience
• PR & Media Relations experience or strong interest
• Design Flair with attention to visual detail

What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead all social media channels, positioning Austrian Startups as THE thought leader in entrepreneurship
• Build relationships with journalists, craft press releases, and inject startup relevance into national conversations
• Grow our beloved Startup Melange Newsletter and Future Weekly Podcast into must-follow formats
• Transform complex startup and policy topics into captivating stories for founders, policymakers, and the public
• Experiment with fresh formats and keep our communications cutting-edge and impactful
