As our HR Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes champion managing the complete employee lifecycle, from welcoming new team members to supporting international talent and ensuring every HR process runs as smoothly as our athletes’ performance.

How Incredible Is This Offer?

Own the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding new talent, managing contracts and transfers, and handling professional transitions with care and efficiency. Execute daily recruitment activities including booking interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing follow-up notifications. Maintain HR systems (Workday/Cityray) with precision while compiling regular statistics and reports that inform strategic decisions. Provide dedicated support for expat employees navigating international assignments and collaborate on various HR initiatives and special projects.

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4+ years of hands-on HR experience across multiple functions.
2. Workday experience is highly valued for system management and reporting capabilities.
3. Deep familiarity with local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Strong team collaboration skills combined with detail-oriented approach, patience, and excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
