As our Motion Designer for the WalkFit team, you’ll join our Creative Production team to craft visually compelling motion content that motivates millions to prioritize their well-being. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing teams, video producers, and stakeholders to create high-quality video content that reflects our mission of making wellness accessible worldwide.

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

1. Minimum 4 years of proven motion design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
2. We need motion designers who are also exceptional overall designers.
3. Experience working with Figma for design collaboration and handoffs. Self-driven professional capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision in fast-paced, iterative environments.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Create engaging motion content across Facebook, Google, and TikTok platforms with strong storytelling, pacing, and design sensibility that connects with health-conscious audiences.
• Design captivating transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences while maintaining brand consistency and style guide adherence.
• Mentor fellow motion designers to elevate team quality while staying ahead of motion design trends through continuous visual research and creative landscape analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, and Suno.ai for enhanced creative workflows.
• Knowledge of video automation techniques including expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, and other efficiency tools.
• Background in tech/SaaS environments providing advantage for our fast-paced development cycles.
