If you are a poet, you’ll know that performing exorcisms on your inner being to draw out words for poetry requires a certain type of grace. This exorcism is exactly what Natalyn Bradshaw attempts for her 100 Day Project. She performs a defodio spell on her soul each day for the 100 Day process and distils into her notepad which she then shares with us, Humans of the Internet.
