This is an only no-cost portfolio competition which is completely FREE to enter.  Designed specifically for emerging female talent in advertising and design. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, this initiative has been championing women in creativity for a decade!

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

Female creatives including copywriters, art directors, designers, associate creative directors, content creators, and newly promoted creative/design directors (less than 1 year in role).

Submit 4-6 pieces of your best creative work plus a written reflection on how you’re pushing the industry forward. Judges are looking for leadership, impact, and advocacy – especially in diversity and mentorship.
