Our flagship product, Spark, revolutionized email for professionals and teams across iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac – earning Apple’s “Best of 2016” crown. Now we’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer who combines artistic vision with data-driven results to fuel our next growth phase through high-converting ad creatives.

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and display advertising with strong video editing and motion design skills as core competencies.
  2. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) combined with experience in A/B testing and applying data insights to improve creative performance.
  3. Comfortable integrating AI tools into creative processes while maintaining understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies.

 

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Design and produce compelling static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and display platforms that don’t just look amazing – they convert.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with campaign goals and platform-specific best practices.
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives based on A/B test results and performance data, using AI tools to scale production and improve workflows while staying ahead of advertising trends.

  • This is a remote-friendly position open to global candidates with flexible working arrangements.
  • You’ll organize and manage creative assets across multiple projects while maintaining version control and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and location.
