Your Creative Kingdom Awaits

Remote Contractor | $48K-$60K USD annually | 60-day trial | Must overlap 3+ hours with 9AM-4PM Pacific

As our Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll own the entire creative universe—from brainstorming that next viral TikTok concept to crafting email campaigns that convert like crazy. You’ll lead creative strategy across Meta ads, TikTok, email marketing, and landing pages while managing a dream team of editors, UGC creators, and designers. Think of yourself as the creative director of a fast-growing brand where performance meets artistry.

Your daily magic includes: Developing winning ad concepts weekly, writing conversion-focused copy that actually converts, mastering AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney for rapid content creation, coordinating influencer partnerships that generate authentic UGC, and turning data insights into creative goldmines. You’ll launch 5+ ad concepts weekly, consistently hit ROAS and CTR targets, and watch your creative strategies transform into measurable revenue growth.

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

You shouldn’t be just another marketer but a rare blend of creative visionary and performance optimizer with;

  • 3+ years of experience turning creative concepts into cold, hard cash.
  • Mastered the art of high-converting Meta and TikTok ads
  • You can write copy that makes people whip out their credit cards
  • Design in Canva or Figma like a conversion-focused artist.
  • You’re fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript are your creative sidekicks)
  • Organized with project management systems

And believe that beautiful creative means nothing if it doesn’t drive results.

Bonus points if you’ve got: Influencer outreach experience and a track record of building creator relationships that actually produce usable content for paid campaigns.

These Will Be Yours!

  • Base salary: $3,500-$4,000/month
  • Performance bonus: Up to $1,000/month based on hitting KPIs that actually matter, think ROAS targets, winning ad concepts, and revenue growth you directly influence.
