You’ll be the creative visionary behind our brand evolution, ensuring every asset—from Meta ads to Amazon listings, landing pages to trade show booths—is clear, impactful, and drives real results. This combines big-picture brand leadership with hands-on creative execution, plus team management and AI integration.

Are You Eligible? Key Requirements for Application

  1. 5+ Years Design Experience across paid, organic, print, packaging, and event channels
  2. DTC Health Industry Knowledge – understanding telehealth, wellness supplements, or medical device regulations
  3. Proven Creative Strategy Leadership driving measurable business results and rebranding efforts
  4. Performance-Driven Mindset – confident decision-maker who balances creativity with “what sells”
  5. Team Leadership Skills managing and mentoring while staying hands-on
  6. Organizational Mastery handling multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Communication Excellence influencing both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  8. AI Proficiency – comfortable using AI tools effectively
  9. English Fluency – excellent written and verbal communication

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Guide visual and messaging direction for all campaigns across full-funnel marketing
  • Create high-impact assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, email, and events
  • Lead and mentor in-house creative team plus freelancers and agency partners
  • Collaborate with growth and media buying teams to align creative with revenue goals
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to scale creative ideation and speed
  • Maintain consistency while adapting creative for different platforms and audiences
