Nadia Bettoutia is an artist and stylist of shoes of Algerian origin impassioned by Art and Fashion. Nadia works to give a form to all the ideas that jostle in her imagination. Her design elements are incredibly interesting. Nadia Bettoutia uses a mash up of things such as unexpected material combinations, loud fabric prints, and elaborate decoration to design new shoes.
In a conversation with News 360, the publication discussed her growth as being unprecedented “Nadia Bettoutia is the new and probably the only designer employed by the public company manufacture of shoes of city (Macvil) ex-Sonipec. A profession that does not exist in Algeria. Neither did the training. Nadia learned on her own. For the techniques and the perspectives, she followed a very short cycle of training in a drawing Institute in Algiers”
