What drives her to keep going?
Suubi’s desire to create beauty, instill self-confidence in her clients especially about their appearance and the fact that she has something to say is what motivates her.
Also, just the need to make a living because the industry as it is in Uganda can be heart-wrenching and one can be up against so much sometimes the need to pay bills is all that motivates you.
What legacy/mark does she want her work to leave?
Excellence “who doesn’t want this?”
Teamwork because this removes limits and impossibilities and enhances creativity.
Satisfaction in her clients for work well done.
