About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and creatively inclined Project Manager to join our team.
  • This individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining and managing the delivery of client projects, while also providing occasional creative direction and quality control to the design team.
  • The Project Manager will act as the key interface between our clients and design teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of design principles and experience in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilies

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all project deliverables are clearly defined and communicated to both clients and design teams.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure their feedback is accurately conveyed to the design team.
  • Creative Direction:Provide occasional creative direction to the design team, ensuring that design concepts align with client goals and Kle Studio’s brand ethos. Guide the team in translating client briefs into compelling design solutions.
  • Quality Control:Oversee the quality of design deliverables, ensuring they meet Kle Studio’s standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and approvals of work at key project milestones, paying close attention to design details and overall aesthetic.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that all project tasks are understood and completed efficiently. Foster a collaborative working environment and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project delivery. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and reported accurately. Provide clients with budget updates as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience:3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a design, creative, or digital agency environment.
  • Experience in a creative role (e.g., graphic design, art direction) is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between clients and design teams.
  • A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in providing creative direction and ensuring the quality of design deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with team members.
