The Event Coordinator will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for generating significant income through private hire events at the Roundhouse. These events include corporate functions, award ceremonies, product launches, charity galas, and private celebrations.

The Role
Roundhouse Events has hosted a diverse range of high-profile clients, including Tommy Hilfiger, Apple, and Chanel, delivering exceptional experiences across its versatile event spaces. These spaces include the Main Space, Studio Theatre, Circle, Torquil’s Bar, and other ancillary areas.
In this role, the Event Coordinator will support the successful delivery of the annual budgeted events income by assisting with event sales, planning, coordination, and execution. The Events team operates within the Commercial Directorate, working independently from the Music team while contributing to the overall success of Roundhouse’s commercial ventures.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced events environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event organisation, sales, and/or administration, along with familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Financial literacy and a strong attention to detail are essential.
