Rise is looking for an experienced marketer to join our fast growing team as Head of Marketing. You’ll be a key member of the team and lead all the marketing efforts at Rise. Your key responsibility will include developing and executing marketing strategies for all marketing channels, ensuring we achieve all growth and marketing KPIs, cultivate different channels for reaching new and existing users and creating clear messages for all our identified user personas.
This role requires strategic thinking, a performance mindset, initiative and the ability to lead teams across content, storytelling, media, data, design and more in order to execute and achieve our marketing objectives both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our marketing strategy
- Build a marketing plan, budgets and timelines for all marketing efforts.
- Hire and manage other team members in the marketing department.
- Prepare, monitor and review campaigns and content for all marketing channels.
- Carry out thorough research around users, markets and strategies in order to expand and grow our marketing in order to achieve Rise’s objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Psychology or related field.
- Strong knowledge or experience in creating and running successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong aptitude in problem solving and decision making.
