Social Art Library – an Axis project – is delighted to announce 12 new art writing bursaries for Spring 2021.
In 2018, they launched the first edition of Social Works? Open, a journal dedicated to social practice art, as part of our action research ‘Models of Validation’. This year, they will publish their long-awaited second issue.
Proposals are invited from anyone involved in social practice art, including (but not limited to) artists, participants, producers, commissioners and researchers.
Commissions will be remunerated with £500 for long text and word-image commissions and £120 for shorter text.
