Girls in Film is looking for a film features editor who can write about all the great shorts that they feature on their platform. A fun one for film fans, the role involves watching and curating submissions, and writing copy for the website and socials.

Girls in Film is a non-profit collective committed to ending the gender bias in the film industry. All team members work on a voluntary, flexible basis, with the freedom to shape the role to suit your skills and interests. They especially welcome POC and LGBTQ+ applicants.

They run their website from their GIF UK team, however it’s not a necessity for the position to be UK based, but we will consider time difference as something to be discussed.

If you’re interested,  send an email to editor@girlsinfilm.net with some info about you/your experience – plus a paragraph about your favourite film.
