Tixdot looking for a super creative and strong storyteller who will identify, create, and deliver digital content, across channels including websites and social media.

Role Responsibilities

1. Build awareness and understanding of Tix through engaging content on digital channels.

  •     Develop content for Tix including social media, blogs, video, and email.
  •    Lead the day-to-day management of our digital channels.
  •    Collaborate with the creative team for the development of creatives and all promotional material.

2. Report on the performance of digital activities using analytics tools and use the data to inform future activities.

3. Contribute to the promotion of content through paid advertising and SEO optimization.

4. Contribute to marketing strategies to reach campaign goals.

5. Research!

  •     Market trends to develop content.
  •     New platform and channels.
  •     SEO terms and incorporating them into the content.
  •     Customers’ needs and developing content that addresses them.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

– Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content.

– Ability to write for multiple channels (long-form, social media captions, scripts etc.)

– Excellent written, presentation and spoken communication skills.

– An uncompromising attention to detail.

– Highly motivated and have a positive attitude.

– Ability to translate data into insightful reports and action plans.

– An open mind, willingness to learn, and a solid commitment to continuous self-improvement.

Nice to have

– Experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2B and/or B2C.

– Knowledge of paid media campaigns.

– Understanding of SEO best practices.
