“Being an artist can feel like being on the edge of a glass. It’s so beautiful and bright and painful. You give so much of yourself that sometimes you feel like you are walking around hollow – it’s all on the canvas and once it’s out there, it gains a life of its own. It’s vulnerable.” – Mab Graves on Anxiety

So if you are having a rough period or stewing in insecurity or fear, this is for you.
