Ogilvy UK is one of the leading creative communication agencies in the UK. Our central purpose is to ‘make brands matter through every customer touch-point’.

Central to this is customer experience and customer engagement. An important capability in this pursuit is the Ogilvy Experience Design practice: a team within the business who look to create tangible digital experiences – through platforms or products – that reinforce the brand experience for the customer.

The practice embraces digital complexity through a measurable, human-centered design approach. We use comprehensive insight to help clients discover unmet opportunities and build transformative customer experiences, underpinning the ambition to ‘make brands matter’ through tangible experience and product design.

With more than a decade of raising the bar, our purpose- driven, diverse teams share their expertise in design thinking, customer insights, data strategy, and technology to empower clients and achieve long-term success.

Senior Visual Designers are the driving creative force on multi-disciplinary project teams, participating in design execution from concept to the completion of visual designs. Armed with findings from user research, they can take complicated tasks and processes and transform them into intuitive, meaningful, and visually elegant experiences for users on web and mobile. They are skilled communicators and can clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies in order to persuade clients and internal teams. They exhibit a clear understanding of business needs and priorities and can align them to achieve user experience goals.
