Responsibilities
– Encouraging clients to invest in the future and actively seek new business opportunities and maintain good clients relationship.
– Offering best financial guidance and advice to clients and providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investing, and protecting against risks.
– Assessing clients’ financial portfolios and generating leads, meeting with clients and presenting them with customized financial proposals, and discussing market insurance options that suit their needs
– Stay up to date with the latest products and their benefits and inform clients of these offerings, offer specialized guidance and advice on areas of concern that would empower people to live better lives.
Requirements
– 1 – 3 years experience in Sales
– Persistent.
– A Team player
– Excellent Communication and Networking skills
– Customer service and relationship and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
– Agency Sales Manager
– Qualifications: OND/HND/BSC
– At least 6years of working experience in insurance sales, hardworking, and team management. Ready to recruit at least 20 Insurance Advisors as take-off team members
